Booking a photographer for your wedding 18 months in advance, and i thought that by the time the wedding arrived everything would be forgotten. Just thought we would drop you a line to say  “Thank You “ for the photography course last Sunday and for the email with the course handouts.

We were given the course as a Christmas present from our children and before we came we imagined we would be sat in a classroom type environment, going through lots of facts and figures and trying to absorb lots of technical details.   We could not have been further from the true. To get outside in the park straight away was excellent. We both learned a great deal and thought the way the course was run, giving the information in a personal way with practical demonstrations and chatting to other course members made it easier to for us to understand.

Thank you again and we would not hesitate to recommend your course to our friends.

I went on a training day to learn more about how to use my camera and lenses etc, and I learnt more in a day than I did in 3 months of night classes, much cheaper to. Thanks alot for your patience and for the expertise you passed on. I feel much more comfortable with my gear now and I’m about to upgrade to so I’ll will definitely be back for more tuition.

It was only after seeing the amazing pictures of our wedding day I realized that I’d not noticed or forgotten so many things. More the little things but it was still part of our day, so I want to say thank you for capturing so many of the little things we seem to forget, well I did anyway. The gallery was so easy to use and it was a brilliant way to see our pics as we were away at the time they were made available.

It was nice to be able to book a photographer for our wedding and then not have to worry about a thing. If we’d know at that you also offered the light up letters we wouldve got that from you too as we were let down last minute.

What we got:

Photography.. Pictures were lovely and the canvas print was top quality, worth the extra. Pictures easy to download too from our online gallery.

Photobooth.. Having your style of photobooth was brill! People loved it and i sent them there pics direct from our gallery, which was really easy to do.

String Quartet.. They were great and really tied the ceremony together with lovely music.

So a special thanks for helping us have a stress free day x

We got rise photography to do our wedding and they were brilliant to deal with and made everything really easy for us, which took a lot of worry away for us. Hired Rise Photography from an offer we saw on their website, and we were so happy we did because they were the best. From the very first time we spoke about our day and discussed the whats and whys, we felt completely comfortable, which we thought was really important considering they will be at our wedding with us and our guests. On the day they were amazing and we couldn’t fault them in any way, the way they dealt with every was perfect and many guests (and family) mentioned how nice they were and how well they got on with people. Even my mum mentioned that it was like they were guests too instead of someone we’d hired, and she doesn’t take to people so easily either.

We hire rise photography to photograph our wedding and they were great and easy to deal with. Everything was set out and planned with our initial consultation and although things changed on the day, due to other services letting us down, rise dealt with it like it was a walk in the park and came up with alternate solutions, that no of us would’ve thought of. They were there all day and some of the night and didn’t stop once, not until we forced them to take a brake.

Completely impressed with their work ethic, will recommend and return when my sister decides to marry.

Wanted to say how much we thought you guys were amazing, and not just on the day but also before and after. From the very beginning we knew that we’d chosen the right people for our wedding photographers. Completely professional and so easy to deal with, particularly loved the way you dealt with people like they were people and not annoyances as I’ve witnessed with photographers at some other weddings.

We were let down by the photographer we booked and we were really lucky that rise photography were able to step in. And I’m so happy that they did because they were brilliant!

Just received our final pics and their amazing, loads of pics were there and lots of them were ones that i could of easily forgotten about but now i have them to remind me of what an amazing day our wedding was. Later found out that the first photographer was only doing on the side and did shift work for local council which is why he ended up letting us down.

Just wanted to say a few words of thanks for being our wedding photographer. Being a DJ I’ve seen lots of them and I have to say that you guys are the hardest working wedding photographers I’ve ever seen, and loads of people were saying the same to.

So thanks for the great photos and making it such an easy and reliable experience.

When we were looking for someone to photograph our wedding it was difficult because my h2b was not enthusiastic about it, as he doesn’t like getting his picture taken, also, he said he’s seen too many wedding photographers be rude and bullish at other people’s weddings.

So when we met rise photography it took my h2b around 3 minutes to warm to the idea and at the wedding all my husband did was praise him (quite rightly because he was amazing), which made me grin all night long.

Rise Photography were brilliant throughout the day and night, completely unassuming and  most of the time you didn’t realise he was there. He was also brilliant with dealing with our guests and their children.

The photographs were stunning and so easy to download from our secure gallery.

So I just wanted to say thanks for everything….and for proving to my husband that I’m right again..Ha!!

2 weeks before our wedding day our photographer told us she could no longer keep our date as she was ill, even though we had paid her in full. So I contacted Rise photography and luckily they were available so we booked them straight away. It was only then that we realized the our previous photographer wasnt very professional as there was no contract and we could only pay by transfer or cash. Long story short…. rise photography was extremely professional from day one, there was a contract so we knew exactly what to do and expect and we could pay by card, aswell as other means….and we got receipts and copies etc,, it didnt even occur to us that there should be a written contract and insurance.

Rise photography were absolutely brilliant and I couldnt thank them enough. The pictures were beautiful and it was more than worth the little extra for the canvas, its above there fireplace 🙂

Would definitely recommend! And as we havent had our money back from the first photographer itll be the very last time we use facebook to find a service like this.

Shaun from Rise Photography was the photographer for our wedding at the Lake District. He made it super fun, completely stress-free, natural, and he captured amazing shots not only of the bride and groom but all the guests. He was absolutely committed to us and our wedding for the whole day, which was very much appreciated. Our digital photo album was delivered way ahead of the expected time, so we didn’t even had to wait so long! We would definitely recommend Rise Photography as an excellent service.

Just used the online gallery to download all our images and theyre amazing!! There was also more than i thought there would be. The photobook was nicely layed out and is now sitting pride of place in our cabinet for all to see. Over the moon !
