2 weeks before our wedding day our photographer told us she could no longer keep our date as she was ill, even though we had paid her in full. So I contacted Rise photography and luckily they were available so we booked them straight away. It was only then that we realized the our previous photographer wasnt very professional as there was no contract and we could only pay by transfer or cash. Long story short…. rise photography was extremely professional from day one, there was a contract so we knew exactly what to do and expect and we could pay by card, aswell as other means….and we got receipts and copies etc,, it didnt even occur to us that there should be a written contract and insurance.
Rise photography were absolutely brilliant and I couldnt thank them enough. The pictures were beautiful and it was more than worth the little extra for the canvas, its above there fireplace 🙂
Would definitely recommend! And as we havent had our money back from the first photographer itll be the very last time we use facebook to find a service like this.
